These specially treated aluminium (and granite) rotary tables, which have an aerostatic bearing designed to meet the highest demands of both concentric and lateral operation, are available with standard cutting diameters of 60 mm, 100 mm or 150 mm. Designed with water-cooling in mind, these tables are not only durable but also thermally stable.

These tables permit ultra-precise measurement through a combination of high rotational speed (>150 rpm) and absolute accuracy of less than 0.1 arc sec.

Application areas for these units are typically concerned with inner and outer diameter measurement, but also as an additional rotational axis for the ultra precision LT Ultra machines. Workpieces can be clamped to the precision stainless steel support plates.
