The MMC 900 series is equipped with a natural granite base, to which both slides are mounted. A chuck or other equipment can be attached to X-axis slide.

The milling spindle is mounted to the Z-axis, which is equipped with a ball bearing unit. The Z-axis is equipped with an additional B-axis with a rotation range of 3º, or 360º as an option. Both of the machine’s slides are driven by DC motors.

Through the use of diamond tools, surfaces can be achieved with optical quality for a wide range of crystals, non-ferrous metals and polymers.
